Rainwater that falls on the mountain flows through the river towards the foot of the mountain, forming a waterfall. Sekumpul Waterfall also provides great ecological benefits to the surrounding environment. Sekumpul River and its waterfall are habitats for various types of flora and fauna that live in the forests around Sekumpul Village.
